Home learning planning and activities!

Good morning all, I hope your all well and have had a nice weekend.

Ok so this week is a little different!

Fingers crossed, this week we will begin using google classroom as our new home schooling platform. That means we have changed the way we have planned slightly. There will be a daily overview (plan) for each day with the lessons for the day on one sheet. You can find all your work for the day here, including links and any sheets attached also.

Obviously we haven't started Google classroom yet so we will have to post the work on here until we have the go ahead.

Above you will find the folders for each day of the week- in here you will find the daily overview and any resources you may need.

Please contact if you are confused or need support with this as always.

Many thanks

Mrs Yiasoumi and Mrs Charalambous

Good morning!

I hope you had a lovely bank holiday weekend. It was lovely to see so many parties/ activities to celebrate VE day.

Please visit our videos page for a quick video I posted, I hope you haven't forgotten what I look like.

Have a great week,

Mrs Yiasoumi and Mrs Charalambous

Good morning. I saw the quote below and thought of all of you!

Happy Monday to all.

I hope you are set for another week of home learning. Below you will find this weeks work, there is no work set for Friday as it is a Bank Holiday.

As always any help/ support/ questions don't hesitate to email us.

Have a great weeklaugh

Good morning Year 2!

There was a slight blip on the planning this week for English!

On Friday, it should have said:

Well done you have finished your story!

Use this session to present your story in any way that you wish.

You might want to:

  • Create a PowerPoint for your story
  • Make a video of you reading your story (see Mr Brown's uploads for inspiration!)
  • Write it out using your absolute best handwriting.

We look forward to receiving more stories from you!

Mrs Charalambous & Mrs Yiasoumi

Happy Monday everyone!

We hope all our favourite children are ok and you had a nice weekend.

I've uploaded this weeks work below, as always we are here for any support or even for a chat (we know its hard Mummy's and Daddy's!)

We hope you have a great week ahead. 1 week closer to when we see each other again!

Welcome back!

I have attached all the resources you will need for this week below. Please remember these DON'T have to be printed and can be used as an online resource.

Remember to ease yourself in (including parents) it might take you a few days to get back into the swing of things.

As always, we are here to provide support.

Mrs Yiasoumi and Mrs Charalambous

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter to you all! We know it is a little strange not being at school but would you believe that it is now the Easter holidays?!

We will be setting an Easter project to keep you busy if you would like to attempt it. It is optional but if you do make it then please email us what you create! The project is based on YOU! We thought it would be lovely for you to create a timeline about your life and you can present it in any way you would like. Below are instructions and examples of what it could look like but if you think of another imaginative way of presenting it, then do it! smiley

Have a lovely Easter holiday and we will be in touch again.

Week 2

Welcome back for Week 2's home learning, below you will find the weekly plan and resources you need for the week.

Mrs Charalambous and I are so happy with the effort you have put in so far.

Week 1 planning.

We have put lots of activities so you don't get too bored. Don't worry if you don't get around to doing it all. I will also be updating MyMaths so you will have new activities every Monday.

Alongside the planning there are specific resources that you will need to complete the work. You don't have to print these, they can be used an online resource. Whatever is easier for you and your parents! Remember to email us if you need help. We are always here!
