Reading –
Read for 20 minutes – talk to someone about your book if you can. If someone can ask you questions about your book, even better! Don’t forget you can read ‘First News’ too, or listen to some stories using these links:
I have given you this link before – it is for books online, in case you are running out!!
PE –
Choose a PE activity from the PE icon or tune in to ‘P.E. with Joe’, or go out in your garden and have fun!
English
Complete the mixed SPAG sheet. We have looked at all of this work at school and recently at home. If you are not sure of the terminology for example ‘relative pronoun’, just try to find a word that you can add so the sentence makes sense. Here are some tips:
An adverbial tells you the place time or way something happens
An adverbial phrase – as above but a set of words.
Modal verbs – verbs that express likelihood of something happening eg: can, could, would, might
Relative clause – information that gives more information that starts with a relative pronoun. Eg: who, that, which etc.
Maths
To be able to multiply fractions
Remember to multiply fractions; you DON’T NEED TO FIND THE SAME DENOMINATOR.
You simply multiply the numerators and the denominators.
I have attached two sheets – C1 / C2 and C3. If you can’t do the word problems, don’t worry. As ever, choose the challenge you can manage.
Topic
If you haven’t finished your Monet artwork from Miss Boyd, spend some time on this.
If you have finished, have a look at what Miss Boyd is suggesting you do next – it’s called Natural Mandalas.
I would love to see any of your work!!
