If anybody would like to have a game of Times Tables Rock Stars, I propose that at 10:45am-11:15am and/or 2:15pm-2:45pm you log on and we can try and get some games going against each other. I have put two times in case there are some of you who can't get on at one of those times and we will play daily!

For your English task, go to https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/articles/zhy72sg and complete the activities.
There are 3 activities to complete. The first one will require you to write it out (practising your neatest handwriting!), the second activity will require you to watch the video and follow the instructions and the third activity has two levels of challenge where you will need to use punctuation and paragraphing. You can print the task out or write it out (probably best)!
There is a spelling list below for you to practise. I do not expect you to practise all of the spellings on the list. I would select maybe 7 or 8 from each section to practise. I would suggest that you try them and see which ones you know you need to work on!

We shall be doing various tasks about the Mayans across a number of subjects but for now, I would like you to create a timeline of significant events in Mayan history. You do not need to (and should not) include EVERYTHING that happened in Mayan history but should find out any events that you feel were significant. Decide on the significant events and why they are/were significant.
I will leave some websites below that you may want to visit!
