Woodside has moved to remote learning for most children. We are only open for vulnerable and critical key worker children. Our nursery is open, but with limited capacity at the moment, based on our risk assessment. If you would like your child to attend please let us know.

Reading – read for 20 minutes – talk to someone about your book if you can. If someone can ask you questions about your book, even better! This week, I have also attached ‘First News’ – the newspaper we have in school. So if you would prefer to read that, please do so.

PE – Choose a PE activity from the PE icon or tune in to ‘P.E. with Joe’!

English – I would like you to spend the next few days doing your final draft of your Neil Armstrong diary. Take your time to present it really well. Be imaginative, you can present it in any way you want. It could be as a booklet, typed, with photos – anything - surprise me!

Maths –

Art –at school, you had planned a space collage with Miss Boyd. I would like you to have a go at this at home! Obviously, this will take quite a long time – a few weeks I would imagine. Think about the materials you could use – they can all be recycled – newspapers, magazines, food packaging. I look forward to seeing your results in a few weeks’ time!!
