Office Manager.

An opportunity has arisen to join the team at Woodside Primary School. Woodside is looking for a special person to be the front of house, keeping the cogs turning within the office- supporting a smooth running of the school. We are looking for a suitably talented administrator who will fit in with the special ethos that we have here at school.

Woodside is a one form entry, friendly, family orientated school with a positive outlook. Our children have a love of learning and are polite and well behaved. We strive to do the best for every stakeholder- staff, children and parents alike.

We are part of Ivy Learning Trust, a small and supportive group of schools who are committed to ensuring that every child gets the education that they have a right to and staff are supported to do their jobs to the best of their ability.

  • We are looking for an experienced administrator with experience of working within a school office.
  • You must have experience of working with MIS systems used in schools.
  • A positive and friendly outlook is essential.

If you would like to have an informal conversation with the head, or arrange a visit to the school please call the school and ask for Caroline Ginty on 01707888333.

(Any visits will be limited and done under covid restrictions. These may be offered as virtual visits)

Woodside Primary School is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children. We expect all staff and volunteers in our school to share this commitment.
